Terms & Conditions

Booking confirmation

To confirm your booking, we require a deposit of 50% of the total amount. The final payment of 50% must be received no less than 15 days prior to your arrival. The reservation is only confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.

A security deposit of € 1,000 is required to be paid 1 week prior to your arrival.

The deposit will be returned 7 days aer check out. Any damage or loss to the property will be deducted from the deposit.

All payments must be made by bank transfer or Paypall.

Cancellation policy: 60 days prior to arrival: 50% refund of deposit less than 60 days prior to arrival: no refund

Conditions

Pets are welcome, but they must be friendly with other animals, as there is a free cat and a dog living on the property, and the pony enclosure is very close by. Pets are not allowed in the bedrooms or by the pool.
Children of all ages are welcome! Upon request, we have two travel cribs (120x60) and two high chairs available.
The pool is for exclusive use, is not supervised, and access is prohibited for pets and unaccompanied minors. Included in the rent is the bi-weekly maintenance and cleaning of the pool, depending on the season, from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM. Pool towels are also available for your use.
The pool is open from Mid May to Mid September depending of the weather conditions.
The outdoor parking can accommodate up to 5 cars and is located and marked a few hundred meters from the guest house, with a well-lit walkway in the evening. We recommend using the space adjacent to the entrance only for loading and unloading luggage to keep the natural surroundings intact and to allow agricultural equipment to pass through.

Cleaning & Housekeeping

Initial and final cleaning always included:

1 set of clean sheets and towels per person included

1 extra cleaning* per week included (only for stays longer than 9 nights)

It is however possible to customize the housekeeping needs, tidying up and changing of bed linen for your stay to accommodate your needs. This must be established in advance at the time of your booking. Below is an idea of costs:

Extra cleaning cost per hour €20 (including cleaning products and accessories)

Extra cost of double bed linen set 15€

Extra cost of towels for 1 person (bidet, medium, large) 10€

* The extra cleaning service includes: making the beds with clean bed linens and towels, disposing of the rubbish and tidying up the rooms, tidying up the living room and kitchen, vacuuming and washing the floors of the entire villa (it does not include dish-washing and windows)

Check-in times: 4-7PM

Check-out: by 10AM

Early Check-in or Late check-out are subject to the occupancy of the Guest House and has to be establishedin advance. The cost for early check-in (from 12 am) is 50€. The cost for late check-out is 100€ par hour, up to maximum of 5 hours.
