The Guest House
Our guest house is available for exclusive rent for families, retreats and weddings. Located on the first and second floors of the historic agricultural burn recently renovated, rooms furnished with natural fabrics and modern antiques. Overlooking a park of centuries-old plants, it is the perfect place to disconnect and celebrate the small, simple life’s pleasures.
Suites
Up to 14 sleeping arrangement, our 7 rooms are stylishly furnished, surrounded by the countryside and the perfumes of Tiglio and Magnolia where they take the names. All of our suites has beds 160x200cm and 6 of them can be split also in single beds 80x200cm ready to host group of friends and retreats. All the suites have private bathroom with shower, mini bar and air conditioning. Suite Nocciola and Suite Tiglio are connected and they are perfect to host a special bride or families or whoever need more space.
Living
The bright living area features a spacious living zone with comfortable linen sofas and a Bluetooth stereo, along with a large shared table that seats 14 people indoors. Additionally, there is another wrought-iron table for 14 outside under the linden trees, perfect for enjoying the shade on warmer days.
Kitchen
A large and full equipped kitchen is on your disposal for your meals.
You will find several outside table under the shadow of trees and one big common table on the living room up to 14 seats.

Facing the hill, over the fields which are home to the Villa’s ponies, stands the blue pool which is open from May to September depending on the season.

A synthetic grass tennis court is available for guests of the Guest House by reservation, within walking distance, just a few meters away.

We offer the guest house on an exclusive basis, with an occupancy of up to 14 guests at the following prices:

Notes
Prices quoted are for a minimum stay of 5 nights.
We also accept bookings for a minimum of 3 and 4 nights with a 20% surcharge on the listed prices.
During the High Season, the minimum stay is 7 nights, from Saturday to Saturday.
The Villa is closed for the winter period: December, January, February.
It is possible to organize events for up to 40 people during your stay at an extra cost of 2,000€ with a minimum stay of 2 night in the Guest House.
